You’d be hard-pressed to find someone that likes DQ ice cream more than me. But, enough is enough. This store is SUPER slow. When I double check my order while ordering, I get attitude. When I don’t confirm, it’s often wrong. The latest visit, I ordered a “Medium Oreo Blizzard with peanut butter sauce”. No sauce. Instead, peanuts. Hard, crunchy, dry peanuts. Awesome. Save your money for somewhere else.Edit: the link provided below required the address of the restaurant, the exact time and subtotal of the order, and asked me to upload the receipt. I don’t have the receipt. It went in the garbage with the awful peanut Blizzard. Lesson: Want a high satisfaction rating? Make it incredibly annoying to submit negative feedback.

Would not allow us to go inside building. Totally useless experience.

One of the few restaurants in Rocky Mount that is Not nasty and dirty.It's the only fast food restaurant I will eat in here. With most of these places in Rocky Mount you have a gag reflex if you walk into the bathroom.

Get out and take that special person out for ice cream. I just had a Hot Fudge Sunday but The meal combos looked great also.

I have been to this DQ couple of times (Drive-thru). This time I went inside to order treats, the way they received the customers was not good at all. Even couple of customers are waiting to order food none of the employees came to take the order and the way they treat the customer was so lame.They have to improve the customer service and how to treat customers.
