Just take a wrecking ball to this place!!!!! Probably the most mismanaged place in North West Arkansas! People standing around just talking and no one really working. Everyone that IS actually working are moving like they have lead in their shoes. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! I WON'T BE BACK HERE!!!! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I spent 25 minutes in the drive through line. 20 of those minutes at the speaker. I started my order after they asked how they could help me and then I got cut off and told to wait. After the 20 minutes, I just asked if I could just get out of line and all they responded with was I 'm sorry. The person behind me got tired of it and reversed out of line so I reversed out following him. I 've now missed dinner due to not having enough time to go anywhere else before work and have no food to show for it. Horrible experience. One of the worst handled drive through experiences I 've ever had.
