The service has gone down in the past year. I've gotten cold food, and my order was missing food as well. The traffic flow is ridiculous.

I can’t believe this place has over 4 stars. The food is abysmal with the exception of the Frenchie fries. Couldn’t believe how disgusting the milk shakes were....

My only issue is the drive line. Pal's is so awesome everybody wants to go there, and the drive line is out on Rt 66.

They get in such a hurry they don't hear their customers orders, to busy talking about their cousins. Rogersville needs a bar for these people to go to.
