Bof, bof ... apart from the sympathy of the boss and waitresses, the kitchen is not at the height: the boss should really change the cook (or cook!!! : the plates are poorly presented (all is amalgamated : tick ! : the spices and seasoning are nonexistent ; musical evening of 31/10: tapas: there was only the thin slice of caillette that was correct; the rest was insipid; salmon blanquette and marengo calf: same sauce, same base, and all, too cooked for salmon and hardness of the calf (no cooking mastery! ; in dessert, so-called burnt cream, which turned out to be only a single flan (industrial, I think and 'without noisy! the boss should seriously review the kitchen he proposes, because, apart from the accustomed who seem conquered by his bonhomie, there were no crowds ....I hope that he will consider this opinion and that it will allow him to question his kitchen ..... for the good of all....
