Starbucks - Rohnert Park

The Cashier and the barista were both standoffish and rude. They act like you should be serving them.

The gentleman name Imanol is by far the best barista ever, so nice and helpful and a great sense of humor, the whole morning team is and always has been very nice, if you want great drinks and customer service please visit the morning crew, I 've seen employees at the Starbucks that treat the Starbucks staff poorly but in my case they are awesome!!!!

Some high guy behind the register named Imanol said my Starbucks gift card only had $1.27 on it. So, I paid some other way...While I waited for my drink, I checked my gift card acct. Lo and behold I had $35.00 on my Starbucks card! I confronted him and he, being HIGH, looked confused. But that 's what I expect from a customer service employee that works high.

Imanol was high and said that I only had less than $2.00 on my Starbucks card. I checked later and I had $35.00 on my card! NEGATIVE 5 STARS!!!
