Getting the attention of a waiter to take an order was the first challenge; they stayed out of the way in the kitchen to avoid having to serve customers. When one...appeared, he or she was immediately flagged down by several tables. Well, we managed to place an order; an omelette, tempura hake and wine. 2 out of 3 arrived correctly; the third was transformed into chicken salad. They had no interest in correcting their error. The folks at the next table had the same experience a computer error . The wait staff don 't take responsibility for computer errors , clearly. Avoid this place like the plague.
We had three rooms in this hotel over a period of three weeks and all wild different. the first room I had booked online when we came to France to meet with a tour we had joined and we wanted to arrive a...day early. from the online description I thought this was just a room with a double bed, a sofa bed, a sessel and a bath. so the photo looked like. it turned out to be a five-bedroom suite. we enjoyed and loved to have so much space, although two people don't need so much! in the second night we were placed in a small room on another one for which the tour company was paid. it was clean, bed was ok, kissen were hard. on our return to roissy we spent one last night in the novotel and this time we were in another room – this with a bed and a sofa bed and a high-side bathroom and shower combination that is dangerous. all these rooms were okay, but nothing special. the personal was indifferent and not particularly welcoming. the breakfast was good. the restaurant in the evening was marginal.
We had breakfast in this hotel and found the food and the selection very good. the breakfast was part of the price with the room.
I have travelled to Paris several times in 2017 and 2018 for business trips. the hotel as such is beautiful a great lobby, a decent gym area and eating is beautiful. their desserts are sometimes great! unfortunately they are not standing. from the crowd. the hotel is an opposite where you will find many other hotels. they do not differ themselves. almost every time something detail is missing. sometimes it is a detail, sometimes it is not. I was upgraded once during all my stays and this is a bit strange for a Platinum member as this should happen pro aktiw. the excuses are always the same: we can't do as we are fully booked. sometimes the welcome drink is not given to them and sometimes they have not replaced the free bottle of water the following day. I travel a lot and I have certain expectations, but I think what I'm mentioning is mainly the basis that are part of the (accor Platinum member) package. anyway, many good things in the hotel. the room service staff is super friendly and most staff members at the reception are also really nice. However, I have now found the perfect hotel in cdg (mercure at route de la commune) so if they are not fully booked, I do not think I will be back in this novotel.
Bar et restaurant à la fois les serveurs y sont très sympas et attentionnés pour les enfants , la carte est variée et tout ce que nous avons commandé était très bon, les prix sont corrects , le menu enfant à 10 euros est très bien , le cadre est simple et chic , rien à redire
