Burger King - Rome

Stood behind a woman who shows a bit on her phone as left to show employees. hasn't even recognized me. I didn't go back.

Went through the drive through and ordered a large diet Dr Pepper. I tasted it while in line and it was pure carbonation, very little syrup. I mentioned it and she said all their diet drinks taste that way today… and why would you serve it?!? It is soooo bad. Just beware of diet drinks before you pull away from the window!!

Our experience was pretty solid for the Whooper with cheese. It does look more like a Jr. Whopper in the picture, but it was really tasty. We got the Whopper since we were doing one of our Vs. Series videos Big Mac vs. Whopper. The staff was nice in the drive thru and got our food quickly, they weren 't busy at all. There is a problem EVERY time we come to this location. This time they rang me up for 5 bacon burgers. I paid and waited a good 5 minutes and then they tell me oh yeah we are out of bacon . Whenever there is a problem with the food and we ask for it to be corrected the employees just stand with their backs to us. I haven 't had one good experience at this burger King. Go to the one across town

Absolutely horrible, waited 45 min on our food not only that we tried to go up to the door and talk to someone and they all sit there and stared at us instead of helping us or seeing what we needed. Would not recommend Burger King on turner McCall to anyone
