Mcdonald's - Rome

I found a dead fly in my pommes last time. other than that, it was always very good service- fresh frits, hot eating, order not messed up. but the dead fly does it for me.

Fast service, friendly employees. Our order was ready quickly and it came to us hot and the order was accurate, nothing missing! No complaints! Thank you for the great service!!

The drive-thru was fairly quick and the crew was actually helpful friendly. No problems with my order and a BIG THANK YOU for napkins in the bag, without having to ask for them. Common sense, friendliness and good service wins my vote.

This place needs a over haul, The staff do not care about the customer at all. The wait time is horrible, When you receive your food the fries have usually been redropped from prior to the rush. They do not know the difference between a Double Cheese and a McDouble, 9 times out of 10 when you come to this store they are more worried about the drive-thru times than they are getting your order correct or fixed. Would recommend going to a different store than this one.

The absolute worst fast food experience of my life. The cashier was rude not normal I've had a bad day rude more of an I'm an ahole kind of rude. I could have gotten past that but then when I got my food my one of the Patties on my hamburger was pink.
