Sonic Drive-in - Rome

That was my first time at this place. I know sonic from where I moved. sonic always seems to be on him or not at all on him. Now, this visit was first impressed by the car-dru staff who accidentally cut off the head but went out to make sure that she had my order correctly. I was not too impressed by the chicken ornaments as they can see on my photos. they were either boiled in the old oil or the oil was not hot enough. idk, but you can see what I got and it tasted like....cooking oil. I can go to them another, but I can not eat again saturated cooking oil.

Everytime I go here there is nobody working, this morning the cook wasn’t there yet and I usually have to wait forever every single time I go to this sonic. It’s the worst in town. I hate it because I love sonic but I know everytime I go to this one it’s going to be a bad experience

They never answer the screen when you press the red button. The drive thru also takes forever even when they aren’t busy. Milkshakes are never blended all the way down.

Service was decent, but when you mess up french fries its bad! They were warm, but limp and appeared not to be cooked all the way.

Service is great, if a bit slow at times, but the burgers taste salty.
