New kids are tying their best, I don’t understand why people don’t go easier on them when they are clearly nervous trying to do their job plus someone screaming at them doesn’t help. A little slow but I mean you get the your food at the end

Ken, didnt even knock on the door to hand me my food and it was cold af and the food was less then 3 mins away literally

We were really hungry, and the food tasted absolutely amazing today! The fries and nuggets were delicious!

You can definitely tell that this was freshly made. It was so soft and delicious!

The staff at this restaurant are incredibly friendly, especially Sergio. He is a genuinely kind and generous person. While I was waiting for my order and working on my gig, he surprised me by offering an iced vanilla coffee and French fries. When I offered to pay, he insisted, “No need. I’ve got you covered.” This act of kindness reminded me that there are still good people in Los Angeles. May God bless you and your family, Sergio, as well as your team at McDonald’s. You’re a true gem, Sergio!
