Avaliação da contribuiçãoI noticed the "We Proudly Serve Starbucks" sign and assumed they accepted Starbucks gift cards. Along with the sign, there was also a digital menu displaying prices with Starbucks branding. However, when I inquired, a staff member responded in the rudest way possible, simply saying "No." There was no attempt to explain that the Hilton across the street is a licensed store that does accept the card. Instead, I was looked at as if I were beneath them. Thanks for the unpleasant experience.
Excellent food and outstanding service! They speak Spanish, so if you communicate with them in Spanish, they will be very helpful. We are from San Antonio, TX, where we know a thing or two about tacos and enchiladas, and the verde enchiladas here were incredible! The atmosphere is spectacular as well!
I had a great experience with easy access to O'Hare, a delicious breakfast, and outstanding customer service from everyone, including the reception, housekeeping, and restaurant staff! I will definitely be returning. The connection to Park, Sleep, and Fly is also excellent!
The staff was friendly, but the lack of pricing on the menu made it challenging to know how much things cost, especially for bigger orders. It would be helpful to have digital prices displayed if they prefer not to label each item. Aside from that, I appreciated their late hours and the wide variety of options available.
I was appalled by the outrageous pricing at this restaurant. I bought a Hint water three times on different days, and each time it was an excessive $3.73. However, on my last visit, the price mysteriously jumped to $5.01, leaving everyone baffled. When I questioned it, they insisted it had always been $5.01 and implied that I must have been mistaken. On the same day, my Starbucks coffee also cost $1.64 more than expected.
