Avaliação da contribuiçãoWe got some blubbards and waited for them. then you get out wrong. employees are too busy to play to take care of customers. space is dirty and sticky on the inside. that is sign of bad administration. Maybe some managers should be in service at any time, not sure we'll ever go back.
Food was delicious, prices are a bit high but that the same everywhere. Treats were as good as they have always been, but two burger combos and two treats $36 I 46é <remember when the dollar was worth at leasr a quarter. Too bad those days are gone.
I ordered online, thinking it would be faster because it was close to 8pm. I parked in the pick up spot, but noone came out with my order. So I waited, more cars left the drive up, more cars, more cars. So I decided to see if the doors were open, they were. As I waited at the counter, someone said the inside is not open for ordering, I said I made an online order and have been waiting 20 minutes. Okay, what did you order a peanut buster parfait and a hot fudge Sunday. There were four working, not a smile on any of them. I received my order and left. The fudge was cold on both items. I don't think I will be returning for awhile. Sadly a lot of people frequently stop here.
I'm so sad and disappointed at what I witnessed while waiting in the drive thru line for a single ice cream cone I ordered yesterday. An employee who actually seemed to be doing work (very rare) emptying the trash can outside and spraying it out with the hose, was knocking on the back door for another employee to let him in. They refused to open the door for him; asking him what the secret password was, asking him to solve math problems pretending to open the door then shutting it fast. The employee being locked out was clearly annoyed by this behavior. I was going to say something to whoever was at the window giving me my cone but no one came to the window. I simply drove off without the cone. Clearly the employees here are more worried about screwing around then helping customers. I will not be going to this location again!! Management needs to get involved and prevent this type of harassment and bullying.
This place is truly awful. The dining room is always closed resulting in a drive through line that wraps around the parking lot. It's one of the slowest drive throughs I have ever experienced. And it's consistently bad. As a food delivery service driver, I have gotten to the point where I have to refuse orders from this location. They have a designated spot where you are meant to park and call and they bring the order out. Half of the time they don't answer. When they do answer, you have to call again in 20 minutes because they never bring the order out. On the few occasions I have been able to go inside during those rare times the dining room is actually open, the employees seem to have no motivation whatsoever to do their jobs. They yell and curse at each other and mess around. No wonder orders take forever and the drive through moves at a snail's pace. This place is the WORST.
