Little Caesars Pizza - Roslindale

The pizza was undercooked, and the staff mentioned that the oven wasn't properly calibrated. They attempted to fix the issue but ended up with the same results. I tried reaching out to the corporate office multiple times, but they never responded to my calls or emails. As a result, I've decided to take my business elsewhere. I think I'll start supporting local mom-and-pop restaurants instead, as they seem to take more pride in their products. Undercooked food can be dangerous, so please be cautious.

I really think this place should be closed down. I never had a problem with them until my visit yesterday. My aunt and I went there, and I asked the person in charge of the pizza if I could get a fresh one. He had about four pizzas in the warmer and claimed they were fresh, just out of the oven. I explained that I had been there before and the pizza was awful and cold. He insisted that their pizzas are never cold and don’t stay in the warmer for long. I told him he wasn’t there to know that, and he had the audacity to get an attitude with me, saying that customers are never right. That guy really needs to be out of business. I won't be going back again.

Longest wait time ever. I ordered my pizza it said 30 minutes over an hour before it was ready. No apology no reason just kept being told to wait 10 more minutes.

Today I ordered 2 pizza sticks, a cheese pizza, baked wings, and a crazy bread. I ordered this at at 3:50pm for pickup. It said expect it done by 4:25-4:30. When I got there the line was already at the door so had no choice but to wait although I was pickup. 15 minutes later I FINALLY get to the counter and tell the cashier my order number. He walks towards the back for atleast 10 minutes. Then comes back and says can I help the next person? It was almost as if when pick up orders came to pick up, that?s when he was placing them in the oven. Now let me just say I think they were short staff, there were only two older gentleman working in total. And I could see them trying, so no one tried to give them a hard time. But it was a little ridiculous. I waited in there for atleast 25 minutes!!! I should have just ordered at the counter had I known? the food was great but he did give me a pepperoni instead of cheese pizza but that?s fine we didn?t realize it until we were home. They definitely need more people working back there to get through the shift, I felt really bad huffing and puffing in my mind, but I don?t think it should go unnoticed. Please find more workers for this location.
