Avaliação da contribuiçãoThis is by far the most efficient chipotle we have done. The two guys help ppl and the guy in the register were on the point. I wish I had their names, they needed a raise. The place was busy, the line moved fast. Parts were what they should be.
Eating is always consistent and good, as I order a bowl with rice, chicken, etc. Lately I will add that they are excessively focused on partial control to make it ridiculous. A 4-oz portion of protein will probably be a 3 ounce. Rice is barely enough to cover the bottom of the bowl if you do not ask for more. While prices continue to rise. I like the food and the necklace and what it stands for, but if they don't want to come off as tearing people, maybe they should loosen themselves on the portions or the portions in the interest of people what the portion size they pay.
I give the food 5 stars. It's always wonderful. I know there are supply chain problems at work, but they didn't have forks tonight. The staff wore facial diapers that are disgusting. The music was so loud and full of bass that we felt like we were at a discotech. There are background music and then there are club volume music and that felt closer to club volumes. It wasn't helpful to pick up with friends, and I have a little headache after I was there for two hours. I can't imagine how the employees can think of it, except that they are further away from the speakers in the dining area.
I know Chipotle had a lot of press recently and I hadn't visited one in a while. I found my experience very positive. Super friendly server, very courteous, and the food was fresh and tasty.
Chipotle is great but consistency is horrible at every location. Portion sizes, seasoning of rice, guac, stale chips bagged hours earlier. Staffing is hard right now so wait times are also always long. If consistency wasn't an issue I could see waiting, but you never know what you end up getting. Wait 15min in line for stale chips and clumpy guac?
