So now,, if you want LESS PIZZA you have to pay more. Thin and crispy is all I get, but now according to the powers that be, It's an extra dollar for less Dough. Will never be back until ridiculous surcharge is dropped

The restaurant was bustling, but the service was excellent. I ordered takeout for dinner, and the price per person was around NZ$20–30. The food was rated 4 out of 5, service received a 5, and the atmosphere also rated a solid 4.

I placed an online order for this evening but accidentally scheduled it for now. I tried calling to cancel or change the time about ten times, but no one answered the phone. When I finally spoke to someone, he informed me that they don't actually take calls and offered a half-hearted apology. It’s quite frustrating, especially when their online ordering system suggests calling for any issues. Overall, the lack of communication is disappointing.

It's a pizza shop. The service was quick, although the screens meant to display order status were blurry, making it difficult for customers to see the progress of their orders. It would be great to enhance the waiting area with some interesting ambiance, like a screen playing funny videos or some music. Personally, I love Pizza Hut more than other pizza places, so I give it 5 stars for the food!
