Avaliação da contribuiçãoEarlier this week we were told that she no longer sold an article [cheesy hashbrown brkft burrito] and ended up being extra charged to the article we wanted to fit, they later go back in the same week and there was no problem. but this time when we finally got our food, there was not one- but 3 pieces of brown hair in my food. my hair is blue.
Service was polite, but absolutely terrible. Placed to separate orders at the same time and took 20 minutes to get the first order and then and 30 minutes to get the second order. At the time we were the only customers inside, but the drive thru line probably had 10 cars.
This Taco Bell sucks, the manger if that’s what you wanna call her is so rude. Replace her and you’ll be all good
I was not happy with my order. It took a long time for a basic dish. There was no explanation for the delay and no apology. The waiter seemed inattentive and disinterested.
I discovered a hair in my burrito and the staff also forgot 6 of the toppings I ordered.
