Tacos El Norte In Round Lake Beach

Food is good but the attitude from the young lady behind the cash register needs improvement. I was a loyal repeat customer. Called to place an order over the phone. When I arrived to pick up the order the girl had an attitude with a snarky tone. She rolled her eyes and mumbled “ayy ayy ayy” out loud as i am grabbing straws for the drinks i ordered. I will not return. There are plenty of other choices to choose from for dining. Customers are the reason you have a job!!

Ordered regular chicken burito that was $7.99 but charged $9.99 because asked to get it with everything comes with, so they charged $2 for spoon of sour cream in adddition which I even dint aasked for.. So does it comes with sour creem or not? Or its just the way to jack the price?

I just picked up 4 steak burritos only to get home open the bag and find more grease then I've ever seen at a greasly joint where the burger and fries discorors the bag omg Could no have mixed the order no-one would order food this way. When I picked up mine the wrapping broke in half due to the saturation of grease and there was no green color left in the lettuse or no beans to be seen in the swimming pool at the bottom. Hope they plan on making this right there just no way anyone would sell food this bad

Food is always amazing, super filling and is usually ready quick. Got take out so can't speak much on the atmosphere.

Great food, great service and very reasonably priced in today's tuff economy! Always enjoy our visit!
