More recently, I 've been ordering online through the app. First time doing pick up, order was wrong when I got it home. Second time, I sat and waited long past the it 's ready . Not sure what happened. Usually I do delivery. Honestly, it 's a 50/50 chance you get your order correctly. Last night, had guests over for football ordered 60 wings and pickles food was delivered with 30 wings (sad looking wings and 3/4 empty ranch containers) and no pickles. Called the store, was asked if I wanted to pick up the rest of the order or reciece a credit. Asked for credit, transferred to a manager (I believe) who told me he could refund the gift card I had used. Although it wasn 't going to cover all the fees, delivery charges and tip, I agreed to gift certificates. As of this morning, still have not received the emailed gift certificates. I will order again (assuming I get the gift certificates) but I may move on to another wing business.
If I can give no starts I would this is by far the worst experience I had with this restaurant. They gave my daughter the wrong order. First they gave her my daughter a order from 1:48 pm Second how are they going to get confuse my large order (to feed more than 4 people) to a small meal (5wings and fries). When I called to let them know I was sending my daughter back the girl on the phone said let me ask my manager and she thinks someone put in the to go orders (when clearly my order says PICK UP) and someone took my order so I have to wait another 35 mins for me to get my order I asked is there anything else you can do to to speed my order she said no. It’s not about the money but simply is just crazy how they think it’s ok to can give someone else your Order and not even ask for phone number or name When picking up food Very disappointed with Managnent and the crew working on the phone
Pick up your food 20 minutes after they say it’s ready. Very poor service. My food was actually in the keep warm part. I asked for it said it wasn’t ready. 4 customers picked order after me. After waiting twenty minutes I asked again and magically it was ready same place the first guy checked. It was in there the whole time they just had me wait 30 minutes past the time I was supposed to pick up my food and forgot about that I was even there waiting. Also we’re the heck is my bbq sauce. Fries are cold. If I wait 30 minutes inside the restaurant for my food it should at least be warm when I get home five minutes away
Was told it 's not their policy to bring the table 's food out altogether while dining in, so my husband and 8 year old were provided their food 15 minutes before mine arrived, and another 5 minutes until my 2 year old 's meal arrived. How do you explain to a 2 year old sorry honey, but you have to watch everyone else at the table eat before your food arrives ? Will never bother coming here again, not even an apology was made nor did a manager approach us after we complained because the 2 year old was visibility upset over being the only one without their meal.
Grabbed some bww for the family for dinner. We always order celery. When I opened it this time I wasn't sure if I wanted to eat the chicken after seeing my celery, it was brown and starting to get slimy. .
