Called the store and was told that it's a distributor issue because they do not make the dough, only stretch it out. Was given a credit, but not sure I will go back for a while. I can't doubt the managers claims because it was baked into the dough and not simply on top of it. Still you can see it for yourself and can be the judge.
I spent $70 for 3 large pizzas and when they came I noticed the all 3 pizzas was over cooked the top was real hard and the crust taste like it was sitting out all day and i ordered threw the pizzahut app but it was delivered buy doordash because no drivers came to work as the general manager told me. I called up there and let them know about me pizzas that i paid $70 for. And he told me he cooked them and thats how pizza hut pizzas been looking and tasing for years. I knew he was liyingbecausehe told me i was the only order that went through that oven all day Im like wow so its late at night and im the only one who orderedthe whole day. He told me i cant get a re order and he dont accept pizzas back and he cant get me another order becauseof the price of door dash. Thats crazy i got hustled out of $70 trying to feed my kids and wife for the night. Im highlypissed off becauseit was like he told me to basicallyjust deal with it.
In regards to the gentleman Robert working this morning, October 25, 2022. This gentleman was truly amazing. I feel that he went above and beyond I ordered online and for some reason two of my pizzas did not go through on the order he promptly made my pizzas and got them out for me right away no delay, also he kept my other food in the warmer while I waited. He was very polite and kept me updated the entire time. He was a perfect example of exemplary Customer service.
Idk if it's just me, but the quality of pizza hut has severly fallen. Today was the last issue I will have with them. I ordered for delivery and wasn't informed even once that Door Dash was delivering my food. I got a text messaging saying they picked up my order. I was not able to leave a tip bc I didn't have any cash on me. The driver said I could leave a tip on the app but couldn't find anything. This is simple information every customer that gets delivery should be informed of. From now on I'm going to Dominos or Papa John's.
Food was delivered cold, was missing an liter for my order, requested extra toppings; got barely any toppings, breadsticks weren't even cut. Couldn't even reach the restaurant over the phone. I highly recommend adding support/refund option for the app. 0/10 warning anyone to avoid it like the plague
