After a long search in the park and considering that parking in Austin is not free, and it is Saturday so that all beautiful places can already be full, I decided to come here. Good choice to have a meal on the way. It is beautiful and cool inside, and prices are not steep. Parking with the shadow available, Wi-Fi, WC and all other amendments. Yes, this is not a restaurant, but a meal, enjoy and go experience. Plus one for recycling and commitment to clean environment.
Horrible costumer service. I usually love IKEA,but today I dealt with exchange and returns costumer service and they handled all of my questions and concerns the worst possible way. The representatives were rude, condesendant and really unprofessional, we are really disappointed in today's costumer service. Even though we like to come to IKEA to buy items for our home, we'll think twice about coming back, those two ladies in returns and exchanges need a lesson in costumer service.
Checkout lines are too long. They have 20 checkouts but only 6 are open. Meanwhile there are employees around the store doing very little. Like the 2 at the Ikea Visa table. When the lines build up, think about moving employees there to help. Good product but poor customer service.
I will serve people who eat at IKEA Restaurant, they should be taught some manners and customer service.... Ikea should remove those employees who spoil their reputation.
We went to the IKEA restaurant today. Afternoon. I wanted to eat there. The guy looking at the food counter was extremely rude. He spoke in a way as if we were just stupid that he does it to listen to us and tell his employees that he gets our order. And there is almost nothing to order as we are vegetarian. The veggie wrap is terrible, with a tortilla like leather. We used to have a great experience. But now there is no proper food top that they have recruited people who lack basic manners. It won't be our money back here.
