Red Lobster Round Rock

Bad service we've ever had. server was new and unknown with the menu that I could apologise, but it was extremely rude and delivered terrible service. had to ask 3 other server and the host who all worked hard for cutlery, water, missing objects, etc. manager was not existent ( apparently it was ashely, but she wasn't where to be found) server brought 2 of our 3 escapes without beeping and then the 3rd. the first 2 entrees were cold until the time that happened, very disappointed at a place we usually really enjoy.

Eating was okay. my grilled salmon was burned. it took a few minutes to refill drinks.

That's the first time I wasn't satisfied with eating. my steak was quite boiled (and I couldn't find my waiter to tell him. my lobster was very small and dry. even the laugh that my mother got was very small. I tried to get a refill on a drink lasted forever. No one offered us dessert menu. then it took almost 20 minutes to tie someone down so that we could get our jack to find out how the table of 6 paid our jack (her waitress gave them the wrong jack so that more wait. not the best vatertag experience to take my father and husband to dinner.

The service was great and the food was delicious! it's been a past since we eat red lobster, but it wasn't disappointed.

Overall very good. Service lacked a little, long wait for refills.
