Avaliação da contribuiçãoI ordered seafood and my friend ordered beef soup. At the bottom of my soup I found 1.5x1,5cm plastic. Manager said SORRY and took my bill off. I just paid my friend's $20.52. Even manager said sad, but I think all customers need to know why? Is SOP problem? Kitchen cook soup in a plastic bag? All customers drick plastic soup? Customers get cancer. On my way we saw a police outside. We wanted to report to the police, but the police was too busy talking to a small group of people. I strongly suggest that all customers stop eating food from this restaurant until managers find out why the plastic in soup. Jason
The first time in experience in this chain store. The service was fast and the food was great when you are used in Asian cuisine. I went for number 10 and it was just great. The soup base was simple with spice taste. The part was great and each order was prepared individually on a hot pot. If you have children with u, you need to see young children near the hot pots. They also serve ice tea for your meal. You can choose green or black tea.
They turn off meat without notice!! Do not go to this place if you can say the difference between beef and pig. ordered two Taiwanese spicy and for both there were pork meat when menu descriptions said cut beef
I've been driving in Boiling Point for over five years and they've changed their menu since the original days, but still I love the variety of soups and spice levels and free tea during lunchtime! Black tea for victory. Make sure that you register on arrival in the kiosk so that they can text you and also make sure that your party is all there or usually they do not sit you. If you are a fan of collection points, they have an app where you can earn points by giving them your membership ID when you pay for your meal and the points will be collected there.
BOILING POINT is the quintessential hot pot restaurant in the SGV. Simple menu. Delicious hot pots that are piping hot with a variety of sauces.
