This is my second visit and on both occasions, my order was incorrect or items were forgotten. The service was much faster and more efficient when they only had one lane open. Perhaps there are new managers in charge now, but something needs to change. I would rate the food a 5, the service a 2, and the atmosphere a 1.
I have consistently experienced errors with my orders and forgotten items at this restaurant. The service from the employees is also subpar and not up to the standards it used to be. Some of the staff members seem disinterested and have bad attitudes. The service is for take-out and my meal type is dinner, with a price range of $1-10 per person.
We waited at the front of the line for about 20 minutes for a salad and some nuggets. Eventually, we decided to leave because every car behind us was getting bags of food before us. Chick-fil-A, you should invest your money in more training because it is clear that you need it. The service was ridiculous. Takeout meal type: Dinner.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. My order was accurate and delicious. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, even in the sweltering heat. I requested to add an article to my order and the server had no issue doing so. My food still came out quickly and there were no mistakes. Thank you!
