Little Caesars Pizza - Royal Palm Beach

This place has been my place for 15 years. My last two experiences were terrible, especially the last. I start with yesterday's experience. I called at 5:15 to place a pickup order for two pizzas, arrived in 15 minutes and was told another 5 minutes and had to wait another 25 minutes. A total of 45 minutes! You also charged my card before my pizza obliges me to wait this ridiculous time. Samantha doesn't match her position as a store manager. She looked like a deer in headlights. She had no customer service skills. There were at least 6 others waiting for me to go out with my pizza. I don't like the nonsense and lack of customer service to all employees. Not eccentric. If you appreciate your time go somewhere else!

Why closed at 8:00? All other little Cesars are open until 10 o'clock. You will not even answer the phones and the answer machine is full.

This is the second time when I order Hawaii pizza, only give ham, I don't know why the employee make the wrong all the time

Fast online service, staff was very friendly. Stuffed Crust Pizza was great.

I?ve been 3 different times and told once before 7p no Batman pizza, a different day they are not made after 7:30p and today 4:20p they don?t have any? I give up, we went to Mario?s!
