Ordered a cold brew with oat milk about a week and a half ago. Spoke to a kind general man after discovering that they did not put oatmeal. They put whole milk and I’m very allergic to whole milk. He then apologized and told me next time you come in your drink will be on us. Don’t be worried just mention the issue that happened, this lady, Karina, who is an employee there gave me such attitude as I asked about what the gentleman told me and it was my mistake for not getting his name but I made sure to get her name with the terrible terrible service that she gave me she’s like let me look at the specialist, and she literally went up to the clear glass Laughed and walked away and then said I’m not giving you anything for free and I was just like OK and she was just very rude about it and I said well the gentleman that I spoke to apologize about the mistake I couldn’t even drink the drink I ordered because you guys made it incorrectly and she said well I don’t care contact corporate if you’d like Worse service ever worse ever I will never in my life go back to Starbucks again because of this careless behavior

Placed a mobil order at 3, didn’t get my drink until 3:36 because the woman making my drink shoved it behind a bunch of other cups and completely forgot about it. She made it in a rush and it was gross. I’ve had other bad drinks from this location but I’ve brushed it off, this was the last straw. Disgusted.
Today 11/16/23 I stopped to grab breakfast and upon walking in, it was busy, from the line to the waiting area. I was shocked along with many other people of how busy and packed the store was. I am amazed that this location could fit that many people. My reasons for mentioning this is because, the staff, the barista‘s, the register killed it! They were so clear in announcing the names of the orders to get people in an out of the store, especially in a timely manner at this time of the day, when people are getting ready to go to work, they were killing it. Communication within their team was amazing, food and drinks coming out back to back, which is why it was so successful. I didn’t even last there five minutes. I appreciate the team today for all the hard work today. They killed it.
