Avaliação da contribuiçãoAt least the hotel is in a good location and my bed was comfortable. On the other hand, I had a big problem with hot water (in the middle of January) and respect from the person at reception. I only stayed there two nights. The first, I wanted to take a shower, but after barely two minutes, there was only cold water coming out. I let it pass but it's exactly the same thing the next day. The day I leave, I go to reception to report the problem, so that the next customers don't have the same surprise. The gentleman (the manager I think) tells me that this is not possible because there is only one common water heater in the hotel. He offers to go up and check with me but I reply that I don't have time (train to catch). I just tell him that I'm sure of what I saw, but he maintains at all costs that what I say is false and tells me that I don't know how to use a shower, almost implying that I I was stupid... In short, good luck to the next person who wants to occupy room 32 because the guy has no intention of doing anything... I don't know if other rooms have this problem, but when we send a customer being seen like that, for me it’s crippling!
Null! The hotel is very old and deserves a major renovation. When I arrived in my room, I found a bedbug there, the boss moved me to another room and in the second another dead bug. I had to stay there for professional reasons and the wifi didn't work. The hotel manager didn't even offer me compensation and called us liars when we reported the wifi problem. Obviously I didn't spend the night there and I had to find another hotel at my own expense.

Moony, pathetic, to flee... It all started with a telephone conversation where I was made to understand that I had to arrive before 9:30 p.m. instead of 10 p.m. (reception closing time) otherwise I would sleep outside... The boss is tired and he doesn't is not at the service of latecomers! (did not understand everything) I somehow managed to arrive at 9:25 p.m. and found myself in front of a clause door. Over the phone, I am given the entrance access code and told that the key is on my room door. Entering the room is just as confusing, you are immersed in the 80s where everything has remained in its original state: rickety wall cupboard, dilapidated bathroom with a mini soap and sachet of shampoo for the entire stay (3 nights) . Let's stay calm, I went camping when I was young, it couldn't be worse... and anyway, there's no one there except the restaurant manager who I interrupt in the middle of an aperitif and who tells you that he is not the one who manages the hotel. The next morning, at breakfast for the modest sum of 9 euros, you are entitled to a croissant that has forgotten to grow, a piece of industrial baguette, a plastic jam, an orange juice whose acidity could descale the skin. toilets and little sun, a real percolator coffee. Busy days, I only stay there 8 hours a night for a little rest, I tell myself that despite all this, there is nothing to worry about (remnants of my rough camping childhood). On the last day, I have to leave the hotel at 7:30 a.m. and therefore notify, at 7 a.m., the person in charge of breakfast who, at the same time as providing the service, cleans the toilets (SIC). She tells me that she will notify the boss and that he will arrive. At almost 8 a.m., I was treated to the arrival of the hotel manager in his bathrobe and dressing gown. I don't know if we're in back to the future or in the fourth dimension. In both cases, it is not a pleasant experience to live. Since this is a professional trip booked by my company's purchasing center, I pay the invoice that he hands me without asking too many questions and I go to catch up. In the afternoon, I received a call from my company's reservation center which informed me that the hotel called them because they had forgotten to charge me for breakfast and that they were making a new deduction from my credit card . As a matter of principle, I pay what I owe even if frankly the breakfasts have not been consumed with the exception of the morning coffee. Since my visit in October, I have asked for my invoice every week so that I can be reimbursed and I conclude that it is easier for this hotel to defraud you than to provide real customer service!
The receptionist was very unfriendly, super slow, not helpful, very grumpy. he charged me 8 euro per night for the parking unlike they advertised it as free parking he also charged my service animal for 10 euro per night, totally illegal. he initially gave me bad smelly smoky room while I had reserved a non-smoking room, he changed it after I complained. the new room didn't have a shower holder, so I had to wash with one hand while I was holding the shower in my hand
