Chicken Chef Canada - Russell

The customer service here was sub par at best. Ended up getting the wrong order and was nice enough to drive back and return it, only to be blamed for it being apparently my mistake and not the business for lack of confirmation on the order being correct. Sad customer service and pretty disappointed the experience couldn't have been handled better. I've worked in retail and never have I argued with customers, usually you do what's necessary to make it right and accept blame regardless of whose fault, that's just business. I suppose this place runs differently.

Well this started as a last idea what I was going to have for supper on the nite of November 20/21. I fueled up at the petro and I looked over and seen chicken chef . Well I called and made a order and asked how long it would be and as I’m parking outside on the st . I made a joke and make the girl laugh and next thing I know she says 5 mins and it would be ready . Wow I was so happy. I walked in and it was there ready . The girls I talked to was so friendly and laughing with me I felt so privileged and respected. My supper was delicious and I enjoyed it . Tks to all the great staff for helping me get feed and back on the road. Great job !
