We could not be more pleased with the catering experience Blue Elephant provided for our recent fall wedding. We did the cocktail menu selection, and our guests were very impressed with the variety and quality of the options provided. Fausto is a pro at what he does and makes perfection look effortless. Would highly recommend to cater any event!

We chose Blue Elephant Catering for our wedding and couldn't be happier. The food was absolutely delicious and we received so many compliments from our guests as well....several saying it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. Fausto and his staff were unbelievable. As the bride and groom we had the friendliest lady taking such good, attentive care of only us. We had a plated meal and all 100+ guests were served nearly at the same time. The food was cooked perfectly. Late night tater tots were passed around to the crowd and were a huge hit! Look no further for your wedding catering.

Blue Elephant just catered our wedding of 180 and I'm certain that every single guest walked away commenting on how awesome the food was. They allowed us to easily have a very diverse menu that kept everyone happy. The passed apps were creative, fun and delicious. The charcuterie board was the talk of the night. The staff were incredibly friendly and easy to work with. You simply cannot beat their level of service, quality and quantity of food for the price.

Fausto and his team catered our wedding this September and we are completely blessed that we went with Blue Elephant. Their food, speediness, professionalism, etc. is unmatched. Blue Elephant is absolutely phenomenal! My husband and I cannot thank Blue Elephant enough for making our wedding so incredibly special During the planning process, Fausto was extremely communicative, helpful, and supportive in our conversations. He gave a number of suggestions, which we used to make our wedding as beautiful as we could have ever imagined.On the wedding day, Fausto and his team made my husband and I feel incredibly special. They consistently checked in with us to make sure we were feeling comfortable and happy. Before walking down the aisle, a lovely team member helped me with scrubbing out dirt that had gotten on my dress while taking pictures prior to the ceremony, and she even offered to bustle my dress before our first dance.Fausto was attentive and supportive through major events. He helped our wedding party with timing cues while walking down the aisle, reminded us of key transitions throughout the night, and was there to take my bouquet during our first dance. Fausto and his team paid attention to details like this throughout the entire day — and it is the reason our wedding flowed like a dream!And the FOOD!!! We had an all vegan/vegetarian wedding and my guests are STILL talking about how amazing the food was! (It truly gets brought up to us by someone at least once a week haha). The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully plated. This was one of the major highlights for our guests!Blue Elephant made our wedding an absolute dream.
