River City Saloon - Sacramento

I saw an ad for a few drinks specials earlier the day and just came by on our outing, so we decided to shoot it. it is a longer narrow bar with a few beat-up games in the back (air hockey, basketball, punch bag, pool.) the barkeepers with whom we talked a dae were very nice and explained many of the drinks. that was a cool place to check and try out some new things and yes, I agree that they have the best **** mary in sacramento. Love it always...haven't been in a while but it never changes. Bartenders were great fast and Best **** Mary of all...pool table was eh ok needs a little up keeping and music was good for Saturday night. Great atmosphere always.

Cool little saloon. Good for a beer and a shot. Fries were tasty.

Fun little bar.. Very nice staff. Kick back atmosphere.

The River City Saloon is situated in Old Sacramento and embodies the old west feel of a local watering hole. Absolutley must get a 25 sarsaparilla at the bar, stopped in for a quick bite and was satisfied with a couple appetizers. The pool tables in the back were free play when I stopped in which provided a little diversion.
