Delicious, flavorful Mexican food made from fresh ingredients. Beverages are generous with fresh fruit flavor. The ambiance is good, very loud in the restaurant itself far more pleasant on the patio.Food: 5/5

Solid 4. When here for brunch with the family and some friends. Service was pretty good, but they weren't careful with my Tab. I opened a tab and then my friend went over and paid even though I had my tab open already. I thought that was very lame since I arrived early to make sure I could take care of the bill.Food, service and atmosphere all above average.I had a black berry margarita and they really are as hype as the comments suggest. Very delicious.The hangar steak brunch tacos were delicious as well. The hot sauce is very mild and tastes mostly of vinegar. I only had the house sauce and not the habenero will definitely have to try the other next time for some adequate spice.Tried a few of the other dishes from my partner and friend and everything was a solid 4. Good but not great. They didn't take enough risks with the spices, the food is made to be a little bland for Mexican cuisine and is missing the bold risks that could earn it 5 stars.We will be back, if not for the food, then at least the Margs.

Zocalo, the Mexican Restaurant is definitely worth a visit if you're looking for some authentic Mexican cuisine in the area. Their cilantro lime rice is amazing and the chicken burrito is seriously delicious, but the real standout is the sauce they use on the wet burrito it's packed with a ton of flavor that will make your taste buds dance.Zocalo is close to The Walk of Stars, so you can grab a bite to eat and then take a stroll to see the famous landmarks. The atmosphere in the restaurant is relaxed and open, making it a great spot to unwind and enjoy your meal. The customer service is also friendly and attentive, ensuring that you have a great dining experience.

We found Zocalo by accident when we couldn’t wait any longer for a table at another restaurant because we were starving. This was so much better! The breakfast tacos and breakfast bowl both hit the spot. They even have a kids menu which I didn’t expect based on the decor and vibe. My son put away some eggs and pancakes. We will definitely be back. The server could have been a little more attentive but it’s brunch time and we weren’t in a hurry. The only negative thing I have to say.
