I would rate this restaurant 0 stars if I could. I went with a family member to redeem some vouchers we had received during an appreciation week for a free meal. The vouchers did not specify any limits on the number of meals, but the staff insisted that their boss had only allowed us one free meal. This was despite other Bubbakoo's locations honoring all vouchers from the same job without issue. The staff had a poor attitude from the moment we mentioned the vouchers, and it seemed like upper management was only concerned with making money. I urge upper management to train their staff to show more respect and have a better attitude towards hardworking individuals. It's important to recognize and reward hardworking people, and dealing with a free voucher should not be a difficult process. I have been to other Bubbakoo's locations before, but this one definitely needs new staff or better training before it should be allowed to remain open.
On August 31st, I entered the restaurant and waited for assistance from the staff. The male Indian cashier completely ignored me and continued chatting with his friend. I decided to leave. This establishment receives a zero-star rating for its terrible customer service and for wasting my time. I will not be returning.
Spent $30 on 2 burritos that were absolutely horrible. I tried to reach out to them to tell them my issue and hopefully resolve the problem. I was ignored on multiple attempts.I tried to give them a chance to make it right. Now I leave the review.Really a shame but the fact that they just ignore you when you have an issue says a lot about the company. Trash their food and their company. $30 for 2 burritos is absolutely ridiculous. should have just went to chipotle... and my suggestion to anyone who is considering this place... just go to chipotle or moes. you will atleast get your moneys worth...)My situation was that both burritos were made in the worst possible way. all steak in 2 bites, the middle was all rice, and the end was only guac and sour cream. Making it basically only edible for the first 2-3 bits of the burrito. and they made BOTH the same way... after spending $30 on this was enough to really anger me. And the fact that they just ignore the issue angers me even more.So this poor review was deserved...
The food was delicious and service was outstanding. Denae promptly prepared my order and was so nice and friendly. Food was fresh and I am definitely coming back!
