Avaliação da contribuiçãoI'm very disappointed in this location. I've always preferred Marcos over the other pizza brands for over a decade now. The service and food has always pleased when using the NRH, North fort worth or west fort worth locations. This blue mound location though. The food isn't too great, sometimes the pizza is dry with little sauce. My biggest issue is they cannot keep up with the demand. Many times over I've had to wait over a hour for a pizza to be made, and that's even when I'm picking up the pizza. Ordered a pizza today at 5:20, arrived there minutes before 6:00 and was told they haven't even made it yet and I would need to wait 20-30 minutes. That would make it 50 minutes for them to even get to making the pizza. I requested to cancel the order and they did, but I'm still not happy because this is not the first time I've experienced this issue at this location, and per other reviews I'm not the only one. I wish another marcos would open maybe in the eagle mountain or lake worth area so I could avoid using the blue mound road location.
Horrible 45 minutes after promise time. Sandwich and wings were cold. Sandwich was just thrown together and a so messy didn’t even eat. Wouldn’t recommend at all
Quality food efficient delivery. The ingredients were so good! From the bread, sauce, cheese, toppings. The garlic parmesan wings were fire.
I ordered pizza online. over 1 1/2 hr still don't have the pizza. Drove up to the store. Not taking responsibility. Say it's already sent out. Expect me to wait without compensation. I ask for full refund. I ask them to make this right Compensation. The manager insisted sorry and if we wanted to leave negative feedback to go ahead. I was a regular customer and now I will never never ever order from Marcos Pizza again in this lifetime!!!!!!! Never again.
I 've hesitated posting a review up until now because things happen, but this location used to be excellent, but has gone to the opposite end of the spectrum. Second time in a row that the exact same order was delivered incorrect. This makes the third time that we 've received an incorrect order in recent months. Sure, we get credit, but what good is that if it keeps coming incorrect each time.Delivery person was apologetic, but it wasn 't his fault.The Marcos app is also a disaster. Was a good app until they upgraded . Is more like a downgrade than an upgrade.May be time to find another pizza company.
