Starbucks - Sahibabad

I work at Satellite healthcare around the corner from this spot .So when I order though my app. My order is always on time , breakfast nice and warm. Drink on point! The staff is so humble and kind! Keep up the good work! Please give your staff a nice raise for this new year!! They deserve it!

Place is usually busy, but I didn't have to wait in line. More people waiting for their drinks. I did have to wait longer for my drink. They also don't call out your name so didn't know when it was ready. The cashier did hand deliver my pastry. Table was a little dirty.

There were 3 employees and no other customers when we arrived. It took a while for anyone to take our orders. The 2 girls couldn't be bothered because they were obviously deep into their conversation. Although, when I told the young man the drink I wanted, one of the girls was quick to interject to let me know that my drink wasn't available that day. She didn't say sold out or out of stock. She just said they won't have that drink until tomorrow. Weird right? Anyway, turns out they did have it and he just had to bring out a refill from the back. The two girls were very much giving attitude and rude, lazy vibes. The experience wasn't great. Once my four friends and I got our drinks, we left ASAP!

I ended up ordering a strawberry crème Frappuccino earlier around 3:58. It was during my break time. I didn’t had time to say anything since I was walking to work during my break. I ended up ordering that and extra strawberry pure, 4 scoops of strawberries and toasted cookie crumble topping. Towards strawberry pure I’m not complaining the only fact is they forgot to add in my 4 scoops of Strawberry’s and my toasted cookie crumple. What I was thinking isn’t the scoops of strawberries supposed to be the dry strawberries or they blended the strawberries? I drank the whole thing but didn’t saw the strawberries and the caramel crunch. I also thought that the caramel crunch will be on the top of the whip cream or inside but I didn’t taste it. I’m just disappointed that I didn’t receive those two because I pay for them and didn’t had time to say anything because I went back to work. If they ran out of the ingredients that’s fine but they should’ve gave me a heads up or wrote a peace of paper on it that they didn’t put it in. So that I can request something else in side my drink or refund me on the drink or only on the toppings that I ordered.

I love Starbucks and it has the constant service which is nice.
