Le San Marco - Saint-Bon-Tarentaise

Amazing food. I had the linguine carbonara with truffles, escargots, and red fruits crumble. The carbonara flavour and texture is top notch. Escargots are delightfully tasty. Their choice of serving white vinaigrette and olive oil for the bread is refreshing for me. Lighting was on the dim side, but creates a wonderful experience and ambience. Pricing is a bit steep but considering quality, i view this as reasonably value for money. I will definitely return to this restaurant again on my next courchevel trip.

No reservation but the hostess was kind enough to find a spot for us. She was very warm and welcoming. We had pasta and pizza and the pizza was perhaps the best we’ve had. The space is warm and inviting. The staffers were pleasant and accommodating worth a visit for sure.
