No, we are closed and nothing else has been said, such an unfortunate person, we will not return EVER
We stayed overnight in St-Flour during the trip from Paris to Barcelona. The restaurant is located in the lower part of the city. There is an upper part of the city we explored the next day. Our meal was OK. The salad was good and fresh. Local sausages were cooked. My grilled lamb was delicate, but had no spices. The prices were higher than we wished.
If you want to meet some great characters while enjoying a pleasant stay, this hotel is for you. It is run by a family and all are very welcoming. You have a selection of restaurant also connected to the hotel and you are in the middle of Saint-Flour bas.

Easy to find on the lower town square. There are plenty of bistro style tables under the pavement canopy. The menu is mostly of grilled meats and quick options. We had Girolles omelette, lemon chicken and duck gujons. All were cooked to our liking and well seasoned. For pudding we had 2 plates of cheese (very good) and a creme caramel. We had 3 beers, a coke and a half litre pichet of rosé. Total bill 75€. There is a lunchtime budget menu. All in all not bad for a quick meal, and with good service.
