Domino's Pizza - Saint Francis

First time ordering by phone to carryout order, was prompted with automated voice, which got the order Correct and the Total, but when I got to store the order came through Without the cheese bread and had to wait like 9mins for them to make it. Didn't apologize and just had to wait. Pizza was burnt around edges of both medium pepperoni pizzas. Not really a satisfied customer Food: 3

The staff is friendly, clean when we stop in and a well maintained building. There's really nothing wrong. The reason I give it 3 stars is for those things. I personally don't like Domino's pizza. My family loves them. I prefer their competition better(Red Savoy's or Papa John's), it just tastes better to me. We will continue to purchase from Dominos. We don't have my preference in the area.

We normally dont have any complaints, but our undercooked pizza was pretty bad last Friday night....

The guy on the phone was very rude he hung up on us twice we wanted to order a pizza and the lobby was already close so I asked him if he could deliver it out to the parking lot or down the road where I work and he said that he do neither he says they were backed up so basically that’s why he was taking it out on us because they were so busy

Always great service here food has always been excellent from my experience for the last 5 years
