Avaliação da contribuiçãoThis restaurant is a great spot to grab a meal, with very polite and efficient staff.
I consider that this restaurant is of average quality.First of all, there is an obvious lack of personnel. Even if the waiters are nice, we have the impression that there is only one chef in the kitchen. The waiting time to receive our appetizer is very long. We were able to see on the counter over the sushi Bar, several plates which seem ready but nobody distribute them. ( Not enough waiter). The quantity of fish is reasonable in the portions. On the other hand, the rice is not a good rice for sushis. It is not sticky and keeps its shape rounding in extremity. In mouth, it comes undone automatically and it is too firm. And I speak with full knowledge of the facts to have been hundreds of times to eat in restaurant recognized almost everywhere in the world. But I compare it with the restaurant from here at first. Thus, very long service. Portions reasonable. Correct quality of fishes. The rice must be changed as soon as possible. The prices are all the same rather high for the whole work.Tatamis are available for the groups and the restaurant is enough big to receive several people at the same time. Car park in the back and on the street.
This restaurant is one of the best places ever! The food is innovative, delicious, and visually appealing. Don't hesitate to visit, as you will definitely get your money's worth. It's hard to describe how delicious the food is, just go and experience it for yourself! Whether you're with friends or on a romantic evening, this restaurant is a definite winner.
We went to L'Exotika last night for my boyfriend's birthday. The food was amazing! There were ten of us and everybody was happy with that they ate. However, it took SO long to GET the food that it sort of put a damper on the experience...Granted, big groups always take longer and sushi always takes a while, too. But an hour and a half to be served the main course is really passed a decent waiting period. The staff is very friendly and the service was good, but they didn't do any "wait management". Never did our server come to keep us informed that our food would be out soon or ask if we wanted to order more drinks or anything. The menu is extensive and everything looks good. The prices are a tad expensive, but not unreasonnable. The sushi menu, however, is written so small that we has a hard time reading it and ended up ordering too many pieces because we mistakenly thought that half of out order cam in sets of 2 pieces when they really came in 5 pieces (because the "5" wasn't bigger than a bread crumb...). Food wise, we had a great evening dining-out, but the whole experience wasn't exceptionnal.
Excellent sushi and service. The atmosphere is lively, with friendly and helpful waitstaff. The miso soup was delicious as an appetizer, and the sushi was amazing and beautifully presented. Definitely worth another visit.
