Panera Bread - Saint Johns County

I know restaurants make mistakes, but here's a picture of what was advertised for the Green Goddess Caprese sandwich and here's a picture of what i got : had it delivered so I couldn't exactly ask what happened, but I took one bite and got pretty much all bread.

I almost never write reviews but this location is terrible. I ordered an iced chai tea and a sandwich online and picked it up from this location. The chai tea was not stirred up at all. It didn’t even look like they attempted to stir it. It was handed to me with milk on the top and syrup at the bottom. I tried to give it a chance but even after I stirred it up it was still the color of milk and had no flavor other than milk. I also asked for extra sauce on my sandwich and there wasn’t even enough sauce on it to taste it. It was very dry. This meal wasn’t worth the money I paid for it. I will not be back.

I often meet friends here it is a good place for lunch.

Too many bitter old ladies work here, they don't know how to properly use AC and can't keep the outlets or kiosks working. Also they're always rude besides one younger girl with brown hair

Good coffee. Sandwiches Good but pricy. Soup and half sandwich Good better bargain. Pastry good
