Loved the hotel and casino. Not being a gambler and needed help. Theresa in promotions was exceptional. Went overboard helping us and getting us free points and money. It was a wonderful time and experience

Very poor staff training, impossible to make resolve compliant with management. Do not spend your money or time here, go elsewhere or you will be disappointed. Their treatment of return paying patrons is abysmal. they River City Casino really needs to work on correcting their issues, especially in security, customer service management.

We went to River City for our monthly night out. Rod, Ashli, and Bai checked us in and made sure we were near the elevator. We ate at the Beerhouse and enjoyed cocktails' made by Juman. Amila was our waitress and took very good care of us. Can't wait untill our visit next month!

First night pot smoke filled NY room from room next door as well as loud music. Tonight we couldn't get to our rooms because the keys wouldn't work and when I did, the TV in the room next door is so loud that it's impossible to go to sleep. Nothing they can do is what I'm told. I have to be up at 6 a.m. and can't go to sleep and they don't care.

All in one fun…sleep, play, and eat! Very clean and friendly staff. Plenty of security, so I never feel unsafe. There is always plenty of parking. My favorite place to grab an iced coffee is at Chibare.
