Brasilia - Saint Louis

Chef Jorge his wife Rachel are such a kind couple. The food, drinks and service are top-notch. Incredible Brazilian food. The caipirinha, pastel, house-salad feijoada are a MUST!!

My friend and I had been looking for try Brasilia, and our experience was less than desired. It took a while for the waiter to get our orders and we had to remind him about what was ordered. They were very apologetic about the delay and forgotten orders but we spent 2 hours in there, which can be frustrating eventhough we got a table right away. The appetizers were the best part of the experience. We had chicken and beef pastel, I prefer the beef pastel. It was well seasoned and the pastry was flakey. The coxinha was delicious, the chicken was savory, and the dip really tied it together. I didn't enjoy any of our entrée, the chicken in the vatapa de frango tasted plain and dry. The cod in the peixada was not seasoned. I wish my experience was better because my brother had a good time at Brasilia years ago.

Amazing!!!!!! The service and attention was top notch! From the wait staff to the Chef and from the drinks to the meal and dessert! We will make this place a destination on our yearly trip to STL!

The ambience of the restaurant was great.. I Love the artwork on the walls. The staff was very welcoming and the food was seasoned well and fantastic. I have never had such flavorful 'BlackBeans ' I will be back!!

This was our third visit, and the food was amazing as always! We had a great time this past Saturday, the food and service were great, and the owner Jorge joined our table and shared some stories and jokes! I will definitely come back!
