Culver's - Saint Louis

We've always enjoyed the burgers and onion rings at Culver's, but our visit in the first week of June 2020 left us feeling both disappointed and shocked. Both burgers came with tomatoes that had worms on them—yes, worms on separate slices of tomato. It's hard to believe the staff didn't notice this issue while preparing our burgers. We were absolutely appalled. I can't imagine how we could ever go back; the thought of it still makes me feel nauseous.

The facility was very clean and comfortable. The servers were friendly and courteous, ensuring that we were satisfied with our experience. The food was served quickly after we ordered, which was both pleasant and efficient. I would recommend stopping by for a quick lunch. Given the number of customers and the inviting atmosphere, it’s a lovely, neighborhood-friendly spot for people of all ages!

Wow, I haven't visited Culver's much before, but I definitely will now, especially at this location. The franchise owner organizes a gingerbread house-making event for kids around Christmas, which is completely free and wonderfully stocked with candy and decorations. It's very well-organized, and the staff—mostly young people—are incredibly helpful and patient with all the children gathered around the long table set up for the event. I’m looking forward to attending again this year with my grandchildren. Thank you so much for hosting this! My husband and I also enjoyed dinner while we were there, and it was fantastic!

Maybe it was the time of day but the service at this Culvers was over the top. Ever since I saw the Culver signs for the better butter burger I had to have one. I found out the butter referance is to the small amount on the bun top before it is browned. Back to this Culvers the service was over the top. While we were eating they came through offering complimentary coffee. The food was hot and the burgers juicy. A great experience. With a tag line that is so politically incorrect how can you go wrong. Stop enjoy, this owner cares about his customers.

This place has the best fast food burgers. they're more expensive than other fast food restaurants, but it's totally worth it.
