Blackstone Bistro - Saint Louis Park

At blackstone bistro for mother’s day brunch in the hope to find a new favourite place. the reviews seemed positiw and the menu looked delicious! unfortunately, because of bad service and waited over 30 minutes just to order and over an hour to find out that our order was not even started, we made the decision to go elsewhere. the atmosphere is charming and the staff started polite, but as soon as we dared to ask for another drink than water or for an update on when we quickly reduce our ordering their manure. we were always told that they were busy and that's why it took so long. there were a maximum of 10 other parties throughout the restaurant. we wanted to have a pleasant mother's day out and that really put a damper on it.

Third visit. great eating again. service a little slow. Maybe the house was ready. added to my favorite list.

Eating was phenomenal and I never experienced a better service. my man and I were out with two other couples to celebrate his birthday! we had little italy and the tomaten burrata for our appetizer, both delicious! can not recommend the Spanish paella enough, everyone in the party loved it (unfortunate I don't, vegetarian). the personal cared for us excellently, we even made a photo with the owners! we can't wait to go back!

Excellent service, and amazing fresh food. The chef owner and his wife are always there to make sure that the food and the service is always perfect. What a great team. The wife is always running the restaurant elegantly and very professional, and on the other side the chef is running the kitchen. The food is unbelievable, best that I have ever had. Today I tried their Sunday Brunch, and had the chicken waffle, great presentation, and great flavor, one of the best if not the best. My wife had the crab Benedict with the homemade hollandaise sauce, and it was perfect. We are so happy that we have such a great restaurant in the neighborhood . We will be back.
