Because of ANZ I was unable to pay for fuel today so they treated me like a criminal. Go else where people it's all Indians anyway not an aussie to be seen. F OTR

It's an expensive convenience store/ service station

Would be great if there wasn't a busker outside of the dore that was not tuned, didn't know what he was screaming, didn't scare my kids by being there. I understand more than many that sometimes we need some help in life but, ignoring the fact that it's illegal, the fact he was just playing like a 2 year old on their first 3/4 and ignoring that he wasn't actually singing anything worth praising (not participating prizes here) he was scaring my kids, if I was a more gentle type of person I can honestly say he probably would have made me turn away or be over concerned. I think maybe inform employees of the laws surrounding loitering, hawkers, busking and trespassing so that when they request someone leave the premise that they have a confident leg to stand on. I am not out to lower business ratings, as you can see 4× I'm just being highly detailed as to not cause confusion or concern.

Attended mid afternoon; on the petrol/customer side all good. Big let down was my coffee ordered via the OTR app. The coffee was great hence 3 stars) but the wait of near 10 mins passed expected ready time, when no coffees were being made not near good enough. Comfy upholstered seats in need of a vac, my table on the otherside of Subway area wasn't clean.
