It's absolutely ridiculous that you can't pull up to the drive-thru window to order your sub, turn it around and make it happen. The menu will be published next to the Drive-Thru window! I've eaten my whole life here, so I know what to order my important others on the other side has never been there. We move to the window so he can see the menu to decide what he should order, and we are shood away from the window. I love the food here, I love the people here! You should be able to pull up to the window, order, pay, and then pull around to the front so that they can bring your food out when it is finished. There should be no need to call and order first. Or for Christ's sake, just open the dining area!

I usually love the subs here. After Covid, it was hard to work here. A few times ago I called to order and no one picked up. Today I just went into the window. I was screamed by an employee and told to park and call. During the time she beat me, she could have accepted my order. I drove away politely and took my business elsewhere.

I always get the meat lover on the wheat sweet bread. Meat is always tasteful. It's only bad that you have to call your order and pick up on the window. They also have online, but I never used. Customer service is very good
