Aigle Royal - Saint-Maurice

This is a small family restaurant (my impression) prepared a perfect service and exceptional eating right after their order. a good advice from cook for the selection of a wine. I highly recommend it.

Dish of the day: the beef skewer accompanied by fries the fries are very good, a little sweet, which makes them think they are at home. Meat is well cooked, but not as melting as a false net. The staff is nice. timely service.

Very welcoming boss and boss. Good cuisine and good choice of glass wine as in bottle. Terrace in the beautiful street!

Very good restaurant, everything is homemade, the dishes are very copied, and there is a good choice of wine with glass, I tested the Pic St Loup red that was excellent. The bosses are very nice, I'll be right back.
