Rivalhouse - Saint Paul

My hamburger was completely raw. I ordered it medium. I ate and came to the raw center and it was disgusting. I told the waitress, but she barely recognized me.

Food was good but service was poor. Had to wait a while to order, and then got the wrong pizza. She apologized, but she should have written my order down instead of “memorizing” it!

Great service. The food was delicious. Pizza was great. A good place to bring children.

The worst service and the meal we had in a long time. Over 30 min for beverage orders and longer for food that is overcooked and cold until the time it got on the table. And no one (manager or server) seemed to care. Don't get back. Give your company another facility in the neighborhood.

Did not pass a server well 40 minutes after sitting. I flew someone after 25 minutes and got a sarcastic comment that suggests someone would come. A group sat next to us and served immediately and we had to ask again before we see a server.
