Avaliação da contribuiçãoPersonally, I love Trappist! Their summer flower decorations won't allow you to pass by, and their summer terrace is gorgeous. Inside, it may be a little stuffy sometimes, but the bar area is stylish, and it is a pleasure to watch the guys work. While food is generally good, prices are a bit too high imo. Presentation is lovely. Beef tartar and fries are a staple. I love their savory waffles and... caviar on sourdough : Fantastic beers menu and several creative cocktails seal the deal. However, I'm happy to pay just because of the place. I've deducted 1 star for service there's always a commotion at the entrance with several staff hanging around bickering, yet, no one pays attention to guests. Service inside, while friendly, may be absent minded at times. We keep coming to Trappist for years on now, and I don't think we will stop :
Pleasantly impressed, professional staff, delicious food, stylish decoration! Fell in love with this place at first sight Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Review of my favorite Dreamteam establishment the city brasserie Trappist Within its walls, the team has collected an extensive collection of Belgian beer, and in the aging room there are many vintage ales, gueuzes and lambics. Each of them is served in its own signature glass. The guys recently launched a winter menu with the brand chef of the Moscow Coffeemania. An intercity collab happened The special menu included: salmon tartare with sour cream sauce and herb salad, cabbage rolls with crab and caviar sauce, and farm poultry with truffle cabbage and Parmesan. I tried each of these dishes, and I can say that they turned out very well. And with a glass of lambic it’s absolutely a fairy tale
Beautiful beer, especially if they want to get away from the bitterness of the Russian lagiers. the dowel was dark, smooth and balanced. the cherry-brown was one of the best beer I ever had. we didn't try much of that, but the choice looked great. closer to European/American praises, but they were entitled. great atmosphere and service. highly recommended.
A good alternative to the breakfast if they are in the opposite. lachs is delicious and benedict eier have only enough souse to make their meal even more juicy: their classic waffels are a little thicker than the original kartoffels they need to get. coffee is great and cappuccino tastes like from properly roasted beans. the service could be a bit slow if they have experiences with gastrobars in the opposite.
