Taco Bell - SAINT PETERSBURG

The hours on the store and online says that they open at 8am. We showed up and waited until 8:01 to go through the drive through but the man said they open at 9am. If they?re going to open later they need to have it posted ????

The...Quesadilla...chicken or sans chicken...3 different days order this item. ALL 3 times, get home and the dang thing is NOT cut all the way through. Pull it apart and it 's a mess trying to separate the slices. For the heck of it, went up the road tothe other TB, same order...ordered inside and watched what happens. Quesadilla is in the wrapper and the worker uses that halfmoon shape cutter...not a cutter per se...blunt edge and rolls it a few times into slices. Same issue. Get home, have to pulleach slice apart making a mess. Ok ok...small issue. Don 't use the cutter tool then. The pizza joints get it right...so couldTB. Using similar tool. We realize that many customers have no etiquette. No manners, are rude, many are just poor excuses for ahuman being. Still, customer service is number one. It 's a challenge to hire workers. Majority want a job but don 't want to workin the fast food industry. Per peeve is...when done ordering...clerks always say...is that all? Sounds...like...what..that 's it,you done ordering...what..no more money? We teach staff to say instead...how about some....Cinnabons with your order! They aretasty! Or, how about some of our great tasting fries to complete your order? Or how about trying our new whatever with yourorder.

I'm so grateful for the service that we got this afternoon. I've been coming to this Taco Bell for a long time and I have never had Such good service. The food was made well it was package neatly and above all they were quick. I just wanted to thank the people working there this afternoon good job guys.

Great customer service and great food, best Taco Bell out there safe

I wanted to order the new chickens Chalupa Combo, but was screamed by the rude ride thru lady, We are from chicken!! I should've known better to go there first when it looked like a ghost town like I was driving in the parking lot. Anyway, I ordered the new Grilled Cheese Burrito and two Doritos Locos Tacos. I wasn't impressed either. The Burrito had a light chessy and spicy taste. No real grilled cheese taste. Both tacos were cold with only a slight fold of salad and cheese. My sour cream on the other hand was missing in action!! Cheapos! I could say they were old because the meat filling just fell out of the bottom of both soggy tacos. So...Taco Bell is a good place for cheap food... no good food. 1 out of 5 stars today, unless you like rude staff and cold food.
