503 Sushi Bar - Salem

I'm addicted to this place, the first time I dived with friends. the service was great and the seats are all next to the big windows, so they are in the city show while they eat. haha very clean. eating is absolutely fresh and absolutely amazing. if they are looking for sushi, bento or just a few saki, don't look anymore, they just found their new spot! I order the delivery as soon as I finish this review P.S the Mayo sauce on the dishes is fire! delicious not spicy keep on rockin’ on the free world 503sushi!

The service was fast. I ordered the philadelphia roll. I have to say the salmon was more on the salty side. no soy sauce needed. not much of a smokey taste and the rice was on the chewing side. the price was 8.00, I was disappointed. not in a hurry to go again at any time.

If they order 100 worth sushi for picking up, they do not contain washabi, ingwer or soy sauce to go. they have to ask. it should be part of the order. what is the point of the tip? I never order from here again for this kind of service.

Delicious food and friendly staff! but difficult to find. go to the building with the hat shop, then a staircase, the first landing they go, although it doesn't look right. you could use one or two more characters for the directional impaired!

I eat here weekly. The sushi and ramen are really good. The food is usually served very quickly. There has been a lot of turnover in staff but there are some great longer term employees. You know who you are. They could have a better wine and beer selection. The cold and warm saki are good choices. It's a basic and reasonable sushi joint, but enough to keep bringing me back.
