Fuji Rice Time - Salem

I really enjoy eating here, and the hot bar is really comfortable when they are in the hurry. However, the portion sizes vary very strongly when ordering from the hot bar. sometimes they go away with enough food for a meal; other paints get them enough for 2 or 3 three meal times no deal breaker. in any case they get a lot of delicious food at a fair price. So why the three stars? Because so much I enjoy eating this restaurant is often and unpredictable without explanation or warning closed. they do not use their social media or google business profile to let people know that they will not be open. you just have to go by and hope. last year, a third of my attempts to eat here have led to a closed sign. I'm on that point. Hopefully, they have more luck.

Recommended by a worker and really happy I tried this place. I ordered online, ready for time when I came there. wonderful and tasty. the tuna was amazing and fresh. friendly service. parking is difficult to find at midday, but it is worth reciprocating the block.

We have been coming to Fuji for about 12 years now and absolutely love it. Family owned and operated, perfect food and service every single time. Excellent value for sushi too. Don’t let the value fool you though, the quality of fish is waaay better than typical chain sushi restaurant. Incredible food, service and value. What more could you ask for?
